Come and learn fascinating kite skiing under the guidance of an experienced instructor!
We use super light Flysurfer Hybrid and Peak kites! Up-to-date safety devices and flies in very light wind. Kite skiing is fast and fascinating, you can move in the desired direction as if you were sailing, our modern kites will not leave you cold.
We update and add course times every week on Thursdays!
Course content:
Choosing a safe place to practice, wind theory, preparing the kite for the first flight, flying the kite, practicing emergency release, wind-window theory (contours of the kite's range of motion), power, safe landing the kite, packing the kite in the kite bag. (no skis or snowboard needed!)
Dress according to the weather, layered clothes, warm sturdy footwear and a warm jacket for instant warming up. A warm drink in a thermos is recommended. Our company has trainer insurance. Before participating in the course, make sure that your accident insurance is in order. Some insurance companies require a separate sports supplement. Completing the kite course is always your own responsibility.
Duration: 2,5 hours
Suitability: For sporty people, children under 18 only with a parent.
Availability: 8.12.2024-25.3.2025, we always add course days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, depending on the forecast and ice conditions. Sign up for the course, and we will keep you informed about possible course dates!
Järjestetään Lahdessa - Vesijärvellä, kohtaamispaikka sovitaan tuulensuunnan mukaan - vaihtoehtoina Mukkula, Lahden satama tai Messilä Camping.

Lessons will be organized in Lahti - Vesijärvi, the meeting place will be arranged according to the wind direction - alternatives are Mukkula, Lahti harbor or Messilä Camping.
The courses have a weather and conditions guarantee, we will move the course or refund the course fee if the weather and conditions forecast prevents safe teaching!
